Program Details

The 2+2 Niitsitapi Arts & Science Diploma program is designed specifically for those students who plan to pursue a degree at the university level. This is a two-year diploma program that will prepare the selected cohort for effective transition into the University of Lethbridge once they complete 20 Arts & Science courses at Red Crow Community College.

You'll be required to have competed English 30-1 and a grade of at least 65%

Accuplacer Assessment

Qualify for PSSSP with available units

Post-Secondary Student Support with available units to complete the 2 years at RCCC and an additional 2-3 years to complete for degree completion at the University of Lethbridge.

500-word essay describing academic and career goals (typed/double-spaced, Word Docx) submitted w/ online Application

Complete the 2 years at RCCC

The program can also be considered the first two years towards the Indigenous Bachelor of Social Work, which requires 20 arts and science courses as a prerequisite upon entry.

How do I get a scholarship?

Scholarships are handled outside of our program. Outside scholarships our students apply for are Indspire, RBC, and many others.

How many courses am I required to take?

Fall and Winter courses require students to be enrolled in 4 courses each semester designed for a cohort.
